🎬 Position: Motion Graphic Designer

What You’ll Do:

🎨 Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos for e-learning content and promotional materials.

🧠 Transform scripts, concepts, and storyboards into visually captivating motion sequences.

🎥 Collaborate with designers, instructional creators, and video editors to bring educational content to life.

✨ Design and animate graphics, icons, typography, and characters aligned with brand style.

⚙️ Ensure smooth visual flow, timing, and transitions for high-quality output.

🔍 Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and tools to elevate creative work.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Media, or related field.

✅ 1–2 years of experience in motion graphics or animation (preferably in e-learning or digital media).

✅ Strong command of tools like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop and Figma.

✅ Solid understanding of visual storytelling, timing, and rhythm.

✅ A creative thinker with attention to detail and design aesthetics.

✅ Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
