Job Description:

Job Title- IT Recruiter

Experience - 1+ year

Location - HSR Bangalore

Budget - 18k


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions (e.g., developers, system admins, network engineers, data analysts).
  • Use job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and interviews.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and technology talent market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ year) as a recruiter, preferably in IT or technical staffing.
  • Familiarity with technical roles and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, AWS, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
