Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will execute our talent attraction strategy ensuring workforce diversity, integrated talent management, talent pipelining, and critical needs are prioritized and aligned. This will be done by identifying and attracting qualified candidates to Lubrizol’s available opportunities while adhering to our process, utilizing recruiting resources, and providing excellent customer and candidate experiences. The individual will manage the full cycle recruitment process for positions where internal candidates have not been identified.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including role scoping, job marketing, candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, recommendations, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Partner with hiring teams to align role needs, candidate expectations, and organizational goals for strong matches.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcing Advisors, HR, and leadership for seamless delivery.
  • Influence and engage diverse candidate pools (active, passive, executive, international, staff level) while promoting the Employer Brand and EVP.
  • Share knowledge and stay updated on recruiting trends, tools, and technologies via social media and professional platforms.
  • Use market insights and internal data to design impactful recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience, strengthening the employer brand.
  • Present qualified and diverse candidate slates to hiring managers.
  • Work within the ATS to manage requisitions and maintain data integrity.
  • Achieve recruitment KPIs and provide market insights to the business as a trusted advisor.
  • Support recruitment projects with a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of experience, with at least 8 years in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing, and selection. Agency model exposure preferred.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, text-to-recruit, and video interviewing.
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs.
  • Experience in global corporate talent acquisition preferred.
  • Skilled in influencing, consulting, and networking with diverse stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach with ability to build business cases for HR and leadership.
  • Innovative, resourceful, and able to deliver with limited supervision.
