Lead and coordinate operational activities within a dynamic nightlife and F&B startup environment, ensuring seamless collaboration with clubs and restaurants to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and guide a team to achieve operational targets and maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate daily operations with partner clubs and restaurants to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Develop and implement strategies to support business growth and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales, or team management roles.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion and understanding of the nightlife and food & beverage industry dynamics.
