Job Description:

Millions of buyers and sellers transact on Meesho platform and we deal with a mind boggling scale of more than 100 Mn orders a month. Our engineering team builds systems and applications that handle all of these and a ton of platform level systems for future scale, cyber safety, fraud detection and innovation in emerging engineering fields. In this role you will be hiring for multiple roles across all the engineering sub-functions. You will get complete ownership on hiring for the roles assigned and you will drive multiple hiring channels, frontend with stakeholders etc.

What will you do

Act as a Talent Advisor and help them plan their hiring, position the open roles well

Conduct market mapping to understand the talent market, competition benchmarking for the businesses & roles assigned to

Design & implement the overall recruiting strategy for the businesses associated with

Deliver a fabulous candidate experience for all the candidates

Deliver top notch hiring results

Source the most relevant candidates from a diverse set of sourcing channels

Manage the entire life cycle of hiring process for the candidates

Maintain relevant data & publish reports as per the requirement

Partnering with other teams (Compensation, HRBP, HR Ops etc) to drive the recruiting process till onboarding

Contribute to building Meesho’s talent brand

You will be a part of the larger TA and HR team and hence you will contribute towards all central projects and activities

What you will need

At least 4+ years of work experience hiring for technical roles in a high quality and high velocity environment. Agency experience (if any) should be over and above this

Excellent domain knowledge in all relevant technical areas

Strong skills in sourcing, candidate pipeline management and compensation negotiation

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to frontend with stakeholders and drive conversations

Adept with all the latest technology and trends in the space of recruiting

A data driven mindset and proven ability in driving decision making using data

Innovative in coming up with frugal and the most impactful ways of building and engaging the talent pipeline
