Technical Expectations from Candidates:

Freshers are not expected to be experts, but they should demonstrate familiarity and hands-on practice in the following areas.

Must-Have (Basic Exposure Expected):

• Programming language knowledge in at least one of:
• Node.js
• Python
• Java
• Git
• SQL/NoSQL (Postgres, MongoDB)
• Understanding of web development basics:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• React.js or Angular (preferred: React)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs (creating or consuming).
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including:
• What is Machine Learning, supervised vs unsupervised learning. Use of Python ML libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, FastAPI, Langchain
• Basics of LLMs or Prompt Engineering.
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts.
• Project(s) using AI/ML (academic, hackathon, personal GitHub.
• Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Education & Background:

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc / MCA in Computer Science or related fields 2023–2025 pass-outs.
• Strong academic projects, open-source contributions, or coding competition participation is a bonus.
