Job Summary: 

Syslatech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Automation Test Lead with 8+ years of 

expertise in automation testing, team management, and client coordination. The ideal candidate 

will have strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Testsigma, and Playwright, along with 

mobile testing using Appium. Experience with AI-driven automation tools will be considered an 

additional advantage.

This role requires both technical leadership and client-facing skills, including managing QA 

teams, coordinating with clients to understand requirements, providing estimations and timelines 

for new projects, and ensuring delivery as per commitments. The candidate should also be 

proactive in exploring emerging AI tools and training teams to adopt them, while keeping 

management updated on progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage automation and manual testers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Client Coordination: Gather requirements, align test strategies, and provide effective QA solutions.

• Estimation & Planning: Provide accurate project estimations and timelines, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules.

• Automation Delivery: Oversee automation design, framework implementation, and execution across functional, regression, API, and mobile testing.

• AI & Innovation: Research and adopt new AI-driven automation tools and train teams on best practices.

• Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely project updates, reports, and escalations to management 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years in software automation testing.

• Hands-on Expertise: Selenium, Testsigma, and Playwright (experience with any AI-driven testing tools is an additional advantage).

• Mobile Testing: Strong knowledge of Appium (iOS and Android).

• Frameworks: Proficiency in data-driven, keyword-driven, and hybrid frameworks.

• API Testing: Experience with tools such as Postman or REST Assured.

• Version Control & CI/CD: Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, client-handling, and mentoring skills with strong problem-solving ability.

• Preferred: Exposure to cloud-based testing environments and Agile methodologies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
