    A Customer Relations Officer is responsible for making outbound calls to 

    potential customers and providing them with information about our services. 

    They play a crucial role in generating leads, driving sales, and maintaining 

    customer relationships. Customer Relations Officer expected to possess 

    excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage customers effectively 

    over the phone.

    Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the features 

    and benefits of services.

    2. Follow a script or prepared sales pitch to ensure consistency and 

    accuracy in presenting information.

    3. Identify and qualify leads by gathering information from potential 

    customers.

    4. Provide product information, pricing details, and answer customer 

    inquiries.

    5. Maintain a customer database and update it with relevant information 

    obtained during calls.

    6. Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives with 

    interested customers.

    7. Fundraising

    8. Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.

    9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer 

    satisfaction and retention.

    10.Handle customer objections and resolve complaints or issues to 

    maintain a positive customer experience.
