    • Job Description:

    Associate/Senior Associate (Pune)

    • Evaluate real estate loan proposals
    • Work and coordinate with clients’ team to get the documentation and data required for processing loans
    • Build cash flow models and financial projections
    • Prepare loan application formats
    • Work and coordinate with financial institutions throughout the loan appraisal and disbursement process including credit, legal and technical due diligence 
    • Work on ad-hoc reports and requests
    • Liaise with financial institutions 
    • Address existing client requirements

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Grasp over English and Marathi preferred
    • Detail oriented
    • Strong analytical skills
