About the Role:

MAS Industries is seeking a motivated Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team at Turbhe. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in production or mechanical assembly. You’ll get hands-on exposure to component manufacturing and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly and testing of mechanical components.

• Support the quality inspection process using basic mechanical measuring tools.

• Maintain daily production records and assist in resolving minor shop floor issues.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• 0–2 years of experience in a production/manufacturing role (Freshers can apply)

• Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly processes

• Ability to read and understand 2D & 3D mechanical drawings

• Working knowledge of MS Excel

• Good communication skills and team collaboration
