Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed information about premium car coating services, ceramic coating, and car paint protection films.

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered.

- Conduct needs analysis and vehicle assessments to recommend appropriate products and services to customers.

- Demonstrate the features and benefits of our premium car care products through in-store presentations and product demonstrations.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Manage and update customer records and sales activities using the company’s CRM system.

- Coordinate with the technical team to schedule and oversee service appointments and ensure timely delivery of services.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
