  • Job Description:

    Role Objective The Associate Business Operations will be responsible for providing timely support to support users (B2C and B2B) as per defined SLAs and analysing data and planning timely communication with a key focus on conversions. Job Description - Review the backend panel on a daily basis to take necessary actions (User Access Management, Verification, Access Management, Masters, Login, Registration, Survey) as per defined SLAs - Analyse daily user activities (B2C and B2B) and deep dive into data and plan necessary activities, emailers, change in Login and Registration content, and survey as necessary - Coordinate with the Business Development team for smooth onboarding and verification of the businesses/clients and initiate the first listing/posting/transaction - Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly review the progress of the businesses onboarded, their activities and conversions - Review monthly renewals and subscriptions and plan notification, reminders and emailers as necessary - Analyse email open rates and click rates to improve the performance - Analyse the website and mobile traffic on weekly basis with a key focus on KPIs (Registration, Reg to Profile Completion Rate, Subscription/Paid Users, Matches, Interviews / Conversions) - Deep dive into the monthly data to create data insights and reports and use them on the website, emailers or as dedicated paid reports - Provide timely support for any issues, escalations - Conduct monthly reviews and seek feedback from businesses/users and summarize platform tweaks and changes if necessary - Provide summarized feedback to the product team and marketing team on a fortnight basis Approach, Skills & Tools - Keen interest in Market and Industry Research - Result Oriented and able to work under pressure - Excellent presentation and communication skills and eye for detailing - Well-versed with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Knowledge and hands-on with Advanced Excel with Data Analysis, PivotTables, Data Slicers and Formulas
