Job Description:

  • What You will do: 
  • Field visits for customer document collection and submission.
  • Collect and verify KYC documents, loan files, property documents, and bank statements.
  • Ensure the authenticity and completeness of all submitted documents.
  • Prepare verification reports and maintain proper records of each visit.
  • Coordinate with customers for pending documents and timely follow-ups.
  • Submit collected documents to the internal team/branch for further processing.
  • Handle APF, DPC, demand letters, and other loan-related documentation requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company guidelines on documentation.
  • Assist in site/property verification and background checks when required.
  • Maintain daily log reports for field activities and documentation status.

Requirements: 

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in field operations / loan documentation / customer service / verification.
  • Freshers may also apply as per company requirement.
  • Good communication and customer interaction skills
  • Strong knowledge of KYC and loan-related documentation
  • Field visit execution and time management
  • Accuracy in document handling and reporting
  • Basic computer literacy (Email, Excel, PDF, Scanning)
  • Follow-up and problem-solving skills
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in field operations / loan documentation / customer service / verification.
