Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel & Tourism Fresher’s to join our team. The candidate will assist in planning travel itineraries, handling customer inquiries, booking travel services, and supporting daily operations of the travel department.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers with travel inquiries and holiday packages
• Coordinate bookings for hotels, transportation, and tours
• Provide information on destinations ,travel insurance, and documentation
• Handle customer calls, emails, and walk-in queries
• Maintain booking records and customer details
• Support senior staff in tour operations and customer service
• Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel
Eligibility / Requirements
• Freshers with a degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Management / Any Graduate
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tourism services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset
