We’re looking for a passionate Soft Skills Trainer to deliver high-impact training on communication, presentation, teamwork, leadership, and workplace etiquette. The role involves engaging learners through interactive sessions and improving overall professional effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver soft skills training programs
* Conduct communication, leadership & professional development sessions
* Use role-plays, activities, and case studies
* Assess training needs and provide feedback
* Maintain training records and reports
Requirements:
* Excellent communication & presentation skills
* 2–4 years of training experience
* BPO or IT background (mandatory)
* Bachelor’s degree (training certification is a plus)
