About the role
In this role, you will work on designing, developing, configuring, and enhancing enterprise-scale Actimize solutions for leading financial institutions. You’ll collaborate with architects, business analysts, and clients, applying both agile and waterfall methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions that help safeguard organizations against risk and compliance challenges.
How will you make an impact?
- Develop and configure software features in line with design specifications and enterprise standards.
- Work in multi-disciplinary teams alongside architects and business analysts.
- Plan and perform unit and functionality testing to ensure solutions meet design requirements.
- Interact with customers to address technical queries and support user acceptance testing.
- Suggest enhancements to meet client requirements while adhering to product frameworks.
- Independently collaborate with R&D, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams.
- Occasionally work on client sites or in different time zones.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and conduct code reviews.
Experience & Education:
- 4-7 years of experience in enterprise software development.
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent with relevant hands-on experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience working in global and matrix organizational environments.
Professional Capabilities:
- Mandatory experience in financial markets / capital market compliance domains.
- Preference for candidates with Actimize (AIS/RCM/UDM) development experience.
- Proven expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and relational databases (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Unix commands and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of scalable, secure coding concepts.
- Experience in J2EE, web & application servers, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
- Strong client-facing skills with ability to manage technical discussions.
