Supply chain Executive

Overview

This role plays a critical part in managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations for a leading global FMCG innovation distribution company. The position focuses on ensuring efficient flow of goods, timely delivery, and maintaining strong supplier and logistics partnerships to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, inventory control, and distribution processes to meet demand forecasts and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management within FMCG or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including demand forecasting, supplier management, and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management software tools for tracking and reporting.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with global suppliers and understanding international logistics regulations.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
