Job Description:
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Sales Management: Handle and convert bulk order and event inquiries, guiding clients through the entire sales process from start to finish.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, including corporate gifting, personal events, and other potential sales avenues.
- Meetings & Presentations: Conduct in-person and telephonic meetings with leads, presenting tailored solutions and proposals.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to orders, events, or customer complaints with quick and effective solutions.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain monthly sales reports, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with the kitchen, operations, and logistics teams to ensure the seamless execution of orders and events.
SKILLS
- Relationship Builder: You excel at developing strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with using sales tools to manage accounts and track progress.
- Organized: You’re highly organized, capable of managing multiple inquiries and sales processes simultaneously.
- Experienced: You bring 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Problem Solver: You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
