Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM tools.
2. Client Acquisition
- Conduct research to understand client needs and market potential.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop materials and campaigns supporting business development.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward goals.
6. Industry Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging call centre technologies.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build connections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the call centre/BPO industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
