Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM tools.

2. Client Acquisition

  • Conduct research to understand client needs and market potential.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop materials and campaigns supporting business development.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and report business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward goals.

6. Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging call centre technologies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build connections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the call centre/BPO industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
