Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue generation and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Create and execute account strategies to close enterprise-level deals.
  • Maximize sales results through prospecting, networking, and solution selling.
  • Build long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete business solutions.
  • Provide accurate sales metrics, monthly forecasts, and pipeline reports.
  • Manage large transactions and long sales cycles in a competitive environment.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions or SaaS offerings.
  • Use consultative selling techniques--prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, or business development
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technology, digital hiring solutions, or SaaS platforms
  • Excellent prospecting, lead generation, and networking abilities
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Ability to design and execute account plans and sales strategies
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value transactions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for CXO-level discussions
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales metrics, and reporting
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent decision-making

Education:

Any graduate (any specialization).

MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
