Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue generation and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Create and execute account strategies to close enterprise-level deals.
- Maximize sales results through prospecting, networking, and solution selling.
- Build long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete business solutions.
- Provide accurate sales metrics, monthly forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Manage large transactions and long sales cycles in a competitive environment.
- Maintain strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions or SaaS offerings.
- Use consultative selling techniques--prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing.
- Work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, or business development
- Strong understanding of recruitment technology, digital hiring solutions, or SaaS platforms
- Excellent prospecting, lead generation, and networking abilities
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Ability to design and execute account plans and sales strategies
- Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value transactions
- Strong communication and presentation skills for CXO-level discussions
- Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales metrics, and reporting
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent decision-making
Education:
Any graduate (any specialization).
MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
