- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Manage and oversee client requests for external consulting services, ensuring alignment with the proposals from our partner network.
- Supervise all projects within your scope, ensuring their successful execution.
- Animate a community of external providers (freelancers, consulting firms, staffing agencies) to fulfill client needs effectively.
- Identify and acquire new strategic accounts to expand your portfolio.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (growth, IT, finance) to enhance service delivery and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Your profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, business development, or a similar position.
- Proven ability to build and manage long-term client relationships, ideally within the IT or consulting industry.
- Genuine interest in Asian markets and cross-cultural collaboration; any previous professional or academic experience in Asia is highly appreciated.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in an international and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Proactive, structured, and an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills.
