Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Managing Sales for the assigned Territory.
- Handling a team of 10 to 15
- Onboarding New Dealers.
- Sales productivity.
- OTOPenetration / Market share.
- Ensure all process compliance in sourcing while building a portfolio.
- Managing Dealer Relationship with Dealer.
- Coordination and liaising with other departments for smooth process flow.
- Identifying and reporting the market information to Management.
- Sales Team Target Achievement.
- Reporting the concerns raised by the Dealer / Field sales team to the leadership team.
- Showroom visits and managing relationships with the Showroom sales staff.
- Closing monitoring of the sales executives and helping them in achieving productivity.
- Clearing PDD and tracking the same.
- Field-level coordination with collections to ensure early defaulters are.
- Driving the Sales team as per the direction of the Regional Manager.
