Job Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1️⃣ Content Design & Development
• Develop interactive and visually appealing learning modules, primarily using PowerPoint.
• Structure content flow to ensure clarity, learner engagement, and instructional effectiveness.
• Translate SME inputs into high-quality instructional materials.
• Align content with defined learning outcomes and curriculum requirements.
2️⃣ Storyboarding & Visualization
• Create clear and engaging storyboards for e-learning or instructor-led programs.
• Apply visual hierarchy, relevant graphics, and layout principles for better comprehension.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, motion designers, and SMEs to finalize visuals and interactions.
3️⃣ Content Quality & Review
• Proofread and refine content for accuracy, language quality, and learner engagement.
• Maintain consistency in formatting, branding, and instructional style.
• Incorporate feedback from reviewers and academic leads within timelines.
4️⃣ Collaboration & Communication
• Coordinate closely with SMEs, academic heads, and production/media teams.
• Participate in creative brainstorming to enhance instructional strategies and delivery approach.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain proper version control.
5️⃣ Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain daily productivity logs for content created, reviewed, and finalized.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to reporting managers.
Required Skills :-
• Strong command over English — grammar, structure, and storytelling
• Proficiency in PowerPoint; basic familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus
• Ability to visualize content and present concepts creatively
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Educational Qualification :-
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in:
o Education, Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, Instructional Design, or any related field
• Experience:- 0 to 2 Years
