Role Overview
Seeking a proactive Full Stack Drupal Developer with 3–5+ years of experience.
Work with technical delivery, product, and marketing teams to build engaging web experiences.
Must have strong experience with Drupal 10+, PHP, JavaScript, and full-stack web development.
Core Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance Drupal-based websites and applications.
Use PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Drupal theming (Twig/TPL, LESS/SCSS).
Deploy and manage sites on Pantheon, Azure, and AWS in collaboration with DevOps.
Conduct unit tests, fix bugs, and ensure performance and usability.
Convert text/graphics into responsive web pages using Drupal CMS.
Support Drupal 7 → Drupal 10 migration projects.
Provide updates to Development Manager and collaborate with global teams.
Work with designers to build wireframes and responsive templates.
Assist with DevOps processes: CI/CD, automation, release management.
Configure and optimize Solr 9 search.
Integrate third-party APIs and services securely.
Required Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Acquia Triple Certified Drupal Expert or similar certification.
Strong experience with Drupal versions 7.x to 11.x.
Proficient in Drupal/PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, JavaScript, UI design, and Drupal theming.
Skilled in Linux CLI, SSH, Bash, Git, Terminus, AWS CLI, and Drush.
Understanding of SSL/HTTPS, DNS, and configuration management.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with integrations like Bazaarvoice, Shopify, Aprimo, Salsify.
Experience with custom module or core development.
Additional Skills (Plus Points)
Knowledge of caching: browser, Redis, Varnish, and CDN (Cloudflare).
Familiarity with Docker/ddev and container technology.
Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions.
AWS exposure; certification is a bonus.
Understanding of LDAP, AD, SAML, OAuth for SSO.
Experience with GTM, Optimizely, and Shopify/eCommerce.
Comfort with package managers (npm, yarn, brew, composer).
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot.
