Job Description:
You will handle inbound and outbound enquiries for Palpx Legal (registrations, licences, agreements, trademarks, compliances).
Your job: talk → explain → follow up → close.
Baseline this is a pure sales/client interaction role.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Call and qualify all assigned leads (legal) and understand their requirements.
• Explain services clearly and confidently; share quotations and basic scope.
• Follow up via calls/WhatsApp/email and drive closures as per monthly targets.
• Coordinate with internal legal team for execution after closure.
• Maintain basic logs/reports of calls, follow-ups, hot leads, and closures.
Requirements:-
• Strong communication in kannada, English + Hindi.
• Comfortable with 60–80 calls a day (new + follow-ups).
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up discipline.
• Basic understanding of business/legal services (training will be provided).
• Target-oriented, organised, and serious about growth in BD/operations.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
• Experience in CA/CS firms, legal consultancies, documentation companies, or inside sales.
• Exposure to CRM / lead tracking tools.
