Job Description:
Role Overview:
Reckitt is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with global laboratory users to improve processes through automation and systems. The role focuses on supporting laboratory systems such as LIMS and CDS, ensuring smooth implementation, validation, testing, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain laboratory systems, supporting business-as-usual operations.
Write and review GxP-compliant validation documentation, including Validation Plans and Reports.
Gather system requirements, address technical issues, and collaborate with IT developers/vendors.
Ensure functional designs delivered by partners adhere to standardized templates.
Support testing phases to ensure systems meet requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions.
Drive process improvements through automation and system optimization globally.
Experience & Skills Required:
Proven experience in Business Analyst roles, facilitating Requirements & Design workshops with Business & IS stakeholders.
Expertise in R&D and Quality/ITIL solutions such as LIMS, CDS (e.g., Empower/Chromeleon), SAP, Document Management Systems, ServiceNow, HPQC ALM, Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience creating Test Plans, IQ/OQ/PQ, and other SDLC documentation for GxP applications.
Skilled in stakeholder management, influencing senior management while balancing business needs with IS standards.
Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies; experience supporting complex or multi-disciplinary projects.
Strong skills in business analysis, requirement gathering, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and end-user communication.
