Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, and HR documentation.
3. Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
4. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and daily HR operations.
5. Assist in HR reporting, database updates, and basic payroll or compliance support.

1. Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with HR internship experience can apply).
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and HR processes.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and document handling.
6. Strong organization and follow-up abilities.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.
8. Tools Knowledge (Preferred): Excel, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and job portals (e.g., Internshala, Naukri).
