As a Business Development Associate at Break The Code, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, MS-Excel, and English proficiency (both spoken and written). Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

2. Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.

3. Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.

4. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze data and track key performance indicators for marketing initiatives.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted outreach strategies.

6. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and stakeholders.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing to continuously improve business development efforts.

Salary

Probation: 

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,60,000 - 4,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 - 1,20,000 /year
