UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a primary focus on UI design and Figma expertise to craft visually engaging, intuitive, and pixel-perfect digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on experience in creating scalable design systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into elegant user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-fidelity UI screens, layouts, and components using Figma.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Collaborate closely with UX, product, and development teams to ensure design consistency and handoff accuracy.
• Work on responsive web and mobile interfaces, ensuring visual consistency across platforms.
• Translate wireframes and concepts into visually rich, functional designs.
• Conduct quick prototyping and user flow visualization using Figma.
• Apply UI best practices, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to enhance usability and aesthetics.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Figma – Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Constraints, Prototyping, and Team Libraries.
• Solid understanding of UI principles, visual design, and accessibility standards (WCAG/GIGW preferred).
• Experience creating responsive layouts and design systems.
• Familiarity with UX fundamentals – wireframing, user flow, and information architecture.
• Knowledge of tools like Adobe XD, Zeplin, InVision, or Photoshop (added advantage).
• Excellent attention to detail, color balance, and typography sense.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within agile teams.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to BFSI, FinTech, SaaS, or data-heavy applications
• Experience designing dashboards, analytics interfaces, or enterprise systems.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for modern, clean, and scalable design.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
