Job Title: Growth Recruiter (Remote)
Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Contract (Immediate Joining)
We are looking for a highly skilled Recruiter to help us scale our team by driving the recruitment of top talent in Coding, Mathematic, and STEM fields for freelance positions. This is a 100% remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be a key player in managing high-volume recruitment processes and will work with cutting-edge tools to find and assess top engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mass Hiring: Lead the recruitment process for a large volume of freelance positions in Coding, STEM etc.
- LinkedIn Expertise: Leverage LinkedIn and other sourcing channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Tech Recruiting Tools: Utilize Greenhouse and other industry-leading tools to manage the recruitment workflow and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Online Testing Tools: Administer and manage online testing platforms to assess engineering candidates’ skills effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, creating effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.Talent Pool Building: Establish a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates, maintaining relationships with top talent for current and future needs.
- Collaboration with Tier-1 Colleges: Leverage experience working with Tier-1 colleges in India to source exceptional fresh talent.
- Communication: Deliver a seamless candidate experience, and maintain excellent communication with candidates throughout the process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, specifically focusing on freelance hiring.
- 2-6 years of experience
- Expertise in LinkedIn recruiting, with an ability to utilize advanced search and sourcing techniques.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with recruitment tools like Greenhouse and other industry-leading applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using online testing platforms for technical assessments of engineers (e.g., HackerRank, Codility, etc.).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience with operations-heavy business models such as on-demand, marketplace, or logistics is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruiting from Tier-1 colleges in India is a significant advantage.
