Job Description:
A rubber manufacturing company based out of the outskirts of Mumbai is seeking a skilled Microsoft Business Central Specialist to manage and optimize our core operational platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Business Central (Dynamics 365), quickly adapt to our customizations, and serve as the internal go-to person for training, reporting, and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and navigate the company's customized Microsoft Business Central environment.
- Train new and existing employees on platform functionalities based on their roles.
- Analyze and interpret reports generated from Business Central to support decision-making.
- Act as the primary liaison with the external vendor for new developments and technical issues.
- Gather and communicate evolving business requirements effectively for system improvemen

- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in training users on ERP systems is a plus.
