Overview

This role focuses on leveraging technical expertise in machining and cutting tools to drive sales and application support. The position aims to bridge engineering knowledge with customer needs, promoting premium indexable carbide cutting tools that deliver superior long-term value.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand machining requirements and recommend appropriate cutting tool solutions.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerances to provide accurate product demonstrations and technical support.
  • Develop and maintain a customer network, particularly in Maharashtra and Gujarat, to expand market presence and sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with indexable carbide cutting tools and strong knowledge of machining processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with willingness to travel extensively for client visits and demonstrations.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Existing customer network in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
  • CNC Machinist certification from ITIs or experience at Indo German Tool Rooms.
  • Proven ability to sell technology-based products emphasizing long-term value.
