This role focuses on engaging prospective students and their guardians through telephonic communication to provide comprehensive information about admission processes, course offerings, and institutional benefits. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to explain admission criteria, course details, and institutional policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM or tracking tools.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth application processing and timely communication.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to counsel and persuade callers effectively.
  • Proficiency in telecalling software, CRM systems, and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and work extended hours during peak admission seasons.
