Job Description:

  • Job OverviewThis role involves engaging with prospective students and their guardians through telephonic communication to provide detailed information about admission processes, course offerings, and institutional benefits.
  • The executive is responsible for understanding the needs and queries of callers and offering appropriate guidance to facilitate enrollment.
  • Maintaining a professional and empathetic communication style is essential to build trust and encourage positive decision-making.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain admission criteria, course details, and institutional policies.
  • Address queries related to eligibility, fee structure, scholarship opportunities, and admission deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM or other tracking tools.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely communication of admission status.
  • Work extended hours during peak admission seasons, including weekends, to meet organizational targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on common concerns or suggestions from callers to improve service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards while handling personal information.

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to effectively counsel and persuade callers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and handle diverse queries sensitively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes during admission seasons.
  • Proficiency in using telecalling software, CRM systems, and MS Office applications.
  • Good organizational skills to manage follow-ups and documentation accurately.

  • Team collaboration skills to coordinate with admissions and administrative staff.Work Environment and Schedule
  • Position is based at the head office in Kothrud, Pune.
  • Working days include Monday to Sunday during admission season with one weekly off on a weekday.
  • Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, requiring flexibility during peak periods.
